Text of this notice:

     With the current cold weather conditions and the associated

     substantial increase in demand, REGT will be requesting shippers with

     markets on the Line AM-47 and AT-5 systems in East Texas to bring on

     local supplies.  We are nearing maximum capacity to import gas to cover

     these loads.  Supplies need to be sourced to our system at Lone Star

     Wood County first and TETCO Jefferson second by no later than 9:00 am,

     November 29, 2001 and will continue until at least 9:00 am on December

     1, 2001.
