Text of this notice:

     On July 12, 2010 through July 19, 2010, CEGT will conduct quarterly

     maintenance on Line CP located in the Line CP Pooling Area.  Based on

     historical and currently scheduled quantities, as well as current

     operating conditions, CEGT anticipates that primary firm services will

     not be interrupted on July 12th and from July 15th through the 19th.

     If nominations exceed available capacity on forward haul transporation,

     currently expected to be approximately 1.6 Bcf/day, there may be pro

     rata reductions in scheduled quantities.

     <p>

     1.  All Line CP Primary Receipt and Delivery Points will be

     available for nominations.

     2.  CEGT will schedule secondary receipts and secondary deliveries

     at points on a case by case basis subject to capacity

     availability and in accordance with CEGT's Tariff.

     In addition to the quarterly maintenance, CEGT will also begin

     preparations for the tie in of the Alto Compressor on July 13, 2010

     through July 14, 2010.  During this work, no deliveries for primary

     firm service will be scheduled.  Secondary firm service to Texas Gas

     Meter No. 13545 will be available on a limited basis.  Shippers will

     need to make appropriate arrangements with their downstream markets on

     Texas Gas.  Backhaul transportation will be scheduled as operationally

     feasible.
