     line packs. Therefore, effective for gas day Saturday, December 1,

     2001 through gas day Monday,

     December 3, 2001, Line Pack Service (LPS) and Interruptible Balancing

     Service (IBS) will not be available system-wide for Parks Banks or

     for paybacks of Loans

     Takes.  Loans Takes and paybacks of Parks Banks are available.
