This capacity will become available April 1, 2012. The primary path of the capacity is from the interconnect between Transco and Dominion Transmission Inc. at Leidy in Transco’s Zone 6 (location code 1006161) to the Consolidated Edison Company of New York Inc. delivery point located in Transco’s Zone 6 (location code 1006571). The currently applicable maximum and minimum reservation rates for this firm transportation service are shown on the effective Statement of Rates and Fuel in Part II, Section 1.1.7 of Transco’s FERC Gas Tariff. Any party desiring to bid on such firm transportation service must provide to Transco within the above stated open season period the attached request form and, if necessary, evidence to demonstrate creditworthiness as set forth in Section 32 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transco's FERC Gas Tariff. Transco will evaluate all Complete Requests and determine the best bid(s) in accordance with Section 49.2(b) of the General Terms and Conditions. Transco may consider, but will not be obligated to accept, bids for less than the total unsubscribed quantity or reservation rate bids that are less than the applicable maximum rate. Transco reserves its right under Section 49.5 of the General Terms and Conditions to reject any reservation rate bid at a rate less than the maximum rate. In addition, all maximum commodity charges, surcharges and fuel under Rate Schedule FT applicable to MarketLink Expansion capacity will apply.
