We also store the information and utilize the historical database to generate custom reports and analysis for both members and non members alike.

FERC utilizes our data to monitor market participants for compliance purposes. We provide compliance auditing and ongoing monitoring services for shippers to assist in avoiding FERC penalties and to maintain Sarbanes and internal risk policy compliance.
